We have just returned from our first trip to Bulgaria. We arrived by car down a bumpy road which seemed to be leading know where, if fact we could see the Complex but there were poles in the road stopping our access. Lucky the middles pole could be removed and we drove through. If you continue to drive past the complex and take first left, you'll see a large fountain with Poseidon in it, the next door along is where you'll need to meet the lady with the keys. The complex is secure and you'll need the fob on the keys to get in. Our apartment was very clean, we had 2 bedrooms and the beds were comfy enough and the bed linen was soft and clean. There was only air con in the lounge and main bedroom, so the 2nd bedroom did get hot at night, leaving the door open helped, there is a sofa bed in the lounge! The kitchen is very basic, 2 hob rings and a microwave, but this was fine for us as i don't cook much on holiday, plus everything is very cheap. The pool was huge and again very clean, the grounds were pretty with lots of planting and there were plenty of sun beds when we were there, although it didn't appear to be super busy. If you want to use the other posh pool area I believe you have to pay, it was difficult to say as the sign was only in Bulgarian. This wasn't a problem for us as we liked the other pool area!

We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for four nights at a very good price and last minute. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, with a nice view and close to the beach. We rented for one day in the VIP pool and had lunch there, however the waitresses don't speak proper English so our order was messed up, also, that English menu from which we ordered turn out to be different than the Bulgarian one. Overall, pleasant experience and recommended.

Good sized apartments, we had a 2 bed 2 bathroom one. Small kitchenette with double hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, sink but no oven. Perfect for our needs for breakfast but might be more of a challenge if you are planning to cook more. Also apartment had a washing machine and a couple of balconies. Beds were reasonably comfy. It was clean and they cleaned it twice a week including bedding and towels. The pool areas was lovely with a spectacular pool and plenty of sun beds. There is a VIP area that is very nice too but there is an extra charge so make sure this is included in your package. Good kids pool area. Would have got 5 stars but the site lacks a bar or snack restaurant but this is a minor gripe. Area is nice and quiet and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Old Nessebar is 4.2km but we walked it a few times although there are plenty of taxis. Overall pleased with our choice and would recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful, well equipped, spacious and clean. The complex was only completed last year and everything feels new 🙂 It is equipped with everything you'll need including a washer, dishwasher, hairdryer, TV, iron and ironing board. A decent sized fridge and freezer, microwave oven and hob are also included.
The grounds are well maintained and manicured. It's a very large complex but you don't really see that many people. There are 3 pools in total. A children's pool with slides and water fountain, a large main pool and a VIP area pool which can be accessed for an additional cost of 50 lev for the day. You get a daybed, controllable piped music, an electric point for charging your phone and a private gazebo.
The complex is well situated if you want a relaxed holiday. The buzz of Sunny Beach is a 10 minute taxi drive away, Ravda centre can be walked to in 15 minutes or 5 minutes by taxi and Nessebar old town is 10 minutes by bus or taxi. The Aqua park is literally within 5 minutes walking distance. There are local restaurants, shops and supermarkets very close by and the beach is 5 minutes walk away.
